Producing on a large scale

The manufacturing branch in Toropets District of Tver Region is one of the biggest producers of nonwoven material by the spunbond technology, which is the basis for manufacturing construction membranes, medical products and covering materials for agriculture.

The Toropets factory produces over 18 000 tonnes of spunbond per year; it also produces geocells (12,000 tonnes per year) and flat polymer yarns (over 7,200 tonnes per year).
Three sewing workshops produce over 220 million medical devices per year.

Our production branch is located in Dubna, on the left bank of the Volga River.

The company produces complex disposable medical kits under the Gexa trade mark. The total production area is over 2,500 square metres and over 15 million complex medical devices are manufactured here annually.

The Dubna factory uses unique technologies, including ultrasound technologies. There are also sewing, cutting and packaging workshops, and a workshop for complex kitting. All products are sterilised using ethylene oxide, which is the method used by the world's leading manufacturers of similar products.

The manufacturing branch of Gexa-Lotos LLC is located in the Astrakhan region, in the Lotos Special Economic Zone. We became a resident of the SEZ in 2017.

In November 2019, the first workshop for the production of geosynthetic materials started operating. Now its capacity is 12.5 million m² per year.

In 2021, we increased the capacity of the first workshop to 8 million m² or approximately 1,500 tonnes of products per year, and in 2022 we plan to launch workshop No. 2, which will increase production volumes to 4,000 tonnes of products per year. The plant will employ more than 200 people.

Also in 2022, we will start designing shop No. 3 for the future development of agricultural materials production. The project implementation and commissioning is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2023. After completion of the 3rd workshop, the total production area will be about 10,000 m2 and the total number of employees will be more than 300 people.

With the launch of the new workshops, new types of products for the agricultural and construction industries will be produced.

Our youngest production branch is located in Volokolamsk on Ovrazhnaya Street.

The plant was established in 2022, and after the completion of commissioning works, production reached its design capacity of 12,000 tonnes of geosynthetic materials of Geospan trademark.

In March 2023, a new line for the production of Geospan GC (GCP) brand geocell was launched, which increased the capacity to 75000 m2 of materials per year. At the moment, the total area of the plant is 2400 m2 of production, storage and administrative premises, and the total number of employees is 17 people.

With the launch of the new workshops, it is planned to produce materials for the agricultural and construction sectors.

The Nelidovo production facility occupies an area of about 300 m2.

The production area includes a cutting table with a vertical mobile knife for cutting material, overlocks, sewing machines, ultrasonic welding machines, a machine for welding ties, and a continuous horizontal bag sealer.

The facility produces surgical gowns of all models and sizes available in the range of the group of companies.

Today Nelidovo employs 45 people, 38 of whom are seamstresses and packers.

The laboratory tests samples of raw materials, materials and finished products for compliance with quality standards. 

We have introduced a certified system of quality management for compliance with the standards ISO 9001:2015 and GOST ISO 13485-2017.

ST-1 certificates confirm that products are manufactured in Russia and entitle us to tender for contracts.
