Samples of raw & finished materials and ready-made products are continuously exposed to assessment of quality compliance in a lab that has been certified according to the national certification system and meets the requirements of Certification Criteria and GOST ISO/IEC 17025.

Our products meet all the standards requirements and are exposed to mandatory quality control.
Acceptance of raw, ancillary and auxiliary materials used for manufacturing of our products is carried out by the quality management experts. They check everything thoroughly before the materials are moved to production lines, so that no materials deviating from the valid requirements are allowed for manufacturing.
Production process control related to semi-finished and finished products is carried out by machine operators and workshop managers in parallel with production. The checking is also done by the quality control department experts in accordance with a management-approved schedule that contains checking frequency as well as a list of quality parameters to be assured for each product.
Quality controller selects samples of each finished products batch at random and sends them to the lab. Subject to the lab’s acceptance and compliance of the quality parameters with the documentation requirements, a product is accepted for warehousing and further sale.
Such testing is performed at random on any bath of the finished products. This is a way for the quality management specialists to regularly check the production processes introduced and ascertain the products quality compliance with the documentation requirements.
